The check in process was seamless where they had a lobby directors present to identify VIPS so they will be ushered into the right place to check in. The King requested was not ready so we were offered two double bed. The carpet was quite worn and probably have never been changed since Steve Wynn owned it and the sign of age has shown all over the place. The Conservatory was still the highlight of the casino with hordes of tourists around. We were offered a $50 voucher for food and beverage and we opt for room delivery. The room was comfortable but the TV didn't work. The Engineer was called and it was fixed promptly. The room delivery had $4.50 service charge on the menu I tipped $8 in cash for the service and was being charged for another $1.50 for unknown service charge (I find this very offensive). The meal was mediocre and slightly cold for my Thai Curry Chicken..Antipasto was good. The checkout process was great but I should have disputed the charge. The room was very small compared to Wynn but the experience was decent. I should have taken my voucher for the Buffet instead..I certainly hoped they do better next time.
