| - The most terrible car buying experience in my life. We had been communicating with the dealer named CJ for several month over the deal associated with BMW 228i M pack. CJ continuously ensured us that the car had no accident, and since we live in California, the only way to check the car in person was to fly there and look at the car. Last week we went to the dealership and met CJ. The car looked okay at a first glance and we almost got fooled. We had to spend the night to get a cashiers check since the bank was already closed, and the next day when we went to perform final inspection on the vehicle, we found out that the windshield was replaced and the hood was repainted. The moment that we were to find out issues on the car was hilarious; CJ tried to distract us from the vehicle by insisting to take us to the showroom next to the vehicle. Even after when we found out the defects, him and other "technicians" were trying to deny the fact that the vehicle has had damages. Being disappointed, we had to reject the deal. This was the part where CJ's unprofessionalism got us upset; CJ suddenly slammed the hood of the vehicle and stormed out of the showroom, leaving us alone inside of the room. While we were getting out of the dealership, CJ drastically changed is attitude and tried to hold us to talk to the manager. After we got back to California, we could see the 228i's price went down from $26k to $24k. Totally unsatisfactory experience. All the incidents happened above are truth, message histories are available. Avoid this place, or bring someone who can tell the hidden damages of the vehicle.
