  • RODENT PROOF SUCKS THE BIG ONE. Absolutely the WORST rodent control company out there. I called on a Monday morning, and left a message. Then I called again and spoke to someone who took my info and promised to call back to set an appointment. No one ever called. They finally called me on Tuesday saying I wasn't in their system. Duh! I'm a new customer! How could I be in their system? Anyway, they finally set an apointment for Tuesday between 2 and 3:30, saying they would call me in advance to let me know they were on the way. NO ONE EVER CALLED. At 3:45, I called them. After speaking to the receptionist, I got transferred up to a supervisor who told me "We rearranged our whole schedule to meet with you. Didn't anyone call you?" When I said no, and that I had called three times and still had no service she said, "I CAN TELL THIS IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM FOR US", AND HUNG UP. STAY AWAY. CALL TRULY NOLEN. THEY HAVE BEEN IN PHOENIX SINCE 1938.
