  • My appt was scheduled for 5:40pm and it is now 6:04, and I'm still waiting to see someone. I understand that appts go longer than expected, but if just one of the 5 people working would acknowledge me that would make it so much better or let me know they're running behind-anything. I wouldn't even have to be here if the doctor would have prescribed the correct prescription to begin with.
