What: Santa train. Ride lasts about 30 minutes and goes straight down the track one-way, then stops and reverses going in the other direction back to the station. Santa's elf asks your child what they would like for Xmas, then Santa makes a quick stop by each family and the elf will take a picture with your phone (no charge).
This was sweet and fun, but just know that Santa does not sit down or have your child sit on his lap to tell him what she wants for xmas. You can save that for the mall Santa! Just a quick hello and picture so he can visit every child on the train.
Age: My child is on the upper-bound, being 9 years old, so she's getting a little old. She thought is was fun, but not sure if we will go next year. If she was younger, we might make it a yearly tradition.
Cost: very affordable at $6/per person.
Tip: Buy tickets online so they don't sell out; but you still have to CONVERT them at the ticket counter.
Tip2: Visit the little museum to see toy trains in action - but don't touch!
