  • BE PREPARED TO WAIT. Customer service is not friendly caring or helpful. And the line to pickup the car on level three is expected to take thirty minutes! EXPECT TO BE MISINFORMED. I needed to pay cash for the rental. When I picked up the car I was informed it would be no problem. When I returned the car again I was told it would be no problem. When I got to the counter they said I could not. They said I could not because it was before 9am and they keep bankers hours. She was very rude.
