  • My poor grandma told me about her shopping experience and since she doesn't have a smart phone, I am speaking for her. She loves wearing Francesca's watches and hers broke, so on Friday the 4th at around 3:00-4:00 pm, she went into this particular Francesca's and was rudely ignored by 3 girls. They "pointed" out the watches to my grandma and kept talking amongst themselves. They did not even walk her over to the watches or TRY to help her pick one out. Then my grandma told me they all carried a table to the back room and didn't come out for some time. Poor, poor customer service!! Grandma will be going to Charming Charlie's for her watches now.
