  • This Dunkin Donuts has the worst drive thru customer service I have ever experienced. Both my husband and I have had horrible and rude service at this location. On 2 occasions I have tried to order a specific variety of donut holes and both times I was told that this location does not allow special orders at the drive thru and I would need to go inside if I wanted to customize my order. My husband went just last week to try and order 2 donuts and a coffee and was told he would have to order a pre assorted box of donuts at a minimum of 4 donuts. This is ridiculous and not how other Dunkin Donuts are run. When my husband tried to write a complaint on the Dunkin Donuts website there was nowhere to explain the specifics. Although this is the closet location to our home, we will drive farther to another Dunkin Donuts to meet our needs.
