  • Vivid is amazing After the medspa i had been going to very regularly cancelled my hydrafacial last minute, without explanation, i was in a rush to find a replacement as i wanted to look & feel my best for this upcoming weekend. I follow Vivid on Instagram and they happened to be just minutes from my work, so it seemed like a perfect fit. I saw that they took text appts, so i texted my situation and they responded that they were able to get me in. When i arrived, Chloe told me that i wasn't even on the schedule, BUT that she would still be able to get me in a short 30 minutes later. I left to kill some time and when i came back, got one of the best hydrafacial/dermaplanes ever! Not only was Chloe so great at her work, but she was so above and beyond accommodating of my situation. The space is so cute, clean and full of friendly faces (not to mention they have AWESOME prices) I already made a follow up & think i found my new go-to place. Thank you, Vivid!
