  • If I could give 0 star rating, they would have it. WORST service I've ever had living in several different communities over the years. Mail constantly being delivered to wrong address. Lost parcel delivery...Completed mail stop forms 3 times, have yet to honor them. Went to speak to supervisor about problem, 1st thing out of her mouth was,"I'm on my way out right now" it was 2:00, & I'm sure she was done for the day. Not the right thing to say to a ticked off customer. And what can we do about it? Nothing! These people get paid good money, all holidays off, excellent benefits & we have to deal with this?!!!
