  • We purchased wood flooring through this company at a competative price. The original experience was satisfactory, the issue we ran into was when we went to order just one more box of the flooring to complete the house. Initial contact was a voicemail, when there was no answer during regular business hours. When we reached the company, they took our name and sated they would call back after she looked up our account history. When no response was received, we called back and the women stated "oh i haven't had a chance, ill get back to you." No apologies. I traveled to the store to order in person and when I arrived there was a sticky note stating "be back in an hour." After calling again, no apologies for any inconveniences I had experienced. Finally, she left us a voicemail that included "I don't what to tell you, the company that made your flooring is just gone. You can call back, but I don't know what else to tell ya." Would not recommend.
