  • Do not go to the Kay's at the fashion show mall! My fiancĂ© got my engagement ring at this location and resizing it was a nightmare . They told us the ring was ready and it wasn't . They actually only sent the band to be resized and forgot to send the engagement ring. It took longer them they said it would . That's not even my real issue with this location , this was just a frustrating and disappointing inconvenience. The real issue with this location is that they are soooo pushy. Worse then a car dealership. When we went in to drop my fiancĂ©s band off to be resized they tried so hard to sell us jewelry when we were only there to drop something off. They tried to pretty much force me to open a credit card with them. It was a stressful experience and I will never go back into that location. They would not take no for an answer so I had to just be rude and walk out while they were talking because they would not give up .,
