  • Jack is an honest and fair guy who is dedicated to his work. I took my Hungarian teapot with a broken handle to Jack and he did a wonderful job restoring the piece. Jack was upfront with me about the difficulty in matching the porcelain color and restoring several chips, which I really appreciate. The price was fair and the timeframe was reasonable (I was in no hurry because I rather him take his time). When I received the final product, I was very pleased and I am happy to have a complete tea set now. It is so unfortunate that Jack's father passed away, but I am glad to see that he is continuing the business. He cares about what he does and it shows. I would highly recommend Jack and Precious Restorations and I plan to use him in the future.
