  • The front desk service here is phenomenal. Tsvet, in particular, went above and beyond for me. 24 hours after arriving from the USA, I realized at 11:30pm that I had not received my passport back from the gentleman at the currency exchange booth at Pierre Trudeau Airport. I was very concerned, as I was leaving the next day and have never lost my passport before. From 11:30pm to 1am Tsvet was trying to make calls to the Airport, he helped connect my laptop to his printer so I could print a copy of my passport, and he found out that the security desk at the airport opened at 5am. Tsvet offered to call them right at 5am for me and then call my room immediately after to tell me what the result was (he worked overnight until 7am). And in fact he called me at 4:45am to give me the good news that the airport had my passport, so he even tried earlier than 5am! Tsvet took my concern very seriously and took it upon himself to do everything he could to help. Really thankful for his effort and truly an example of great customer service. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and the beds are the most comfortable beds I have stayed in at any hotel in my life. They are ridiculous, so comfy. The hot tub on the roof that is open all year round is an amazing way to start a morning or end an evening - view is beautiful too.
