I really love this place. When I am Aria, this is where I eat. Went last night with 3 guests. Service was great and nothing to say there. I had the tomato salad and I did not see there was cheese on it on the menu. Did not sent it back but move the cheese on the side since I was afraid they end up on the trash. I asked they have something vegan as a main course and the waitress told me they can make the pasta Carbonara vegan. To be honest I found it surprising but not even discuss and ordered immediately. The pasta arrive and described at "Vegan Carbonara" .. humm... more like forest mushrooms with pasta soaking in oil. Good but not great. Due to my previous experiences in this restaurant, I'll give 4 stars, but I think having couple healthy, vegetarian and Vegan items on the menu will not hurt.
