Worst doctor visit I have ever experienced. Ever. I deeply regret that I didn't heed the warnings of the reviewers who came before me. I thought that since my primary care physician referred me to CVC, there must be some positive value. Wrong. I arrived to my appointment on time only to be told that my appointment was cancelled and that I should have received a phone call. Since I had received no call, I demanded to know why the appointment had been cancelled. No joke--the receptionist told me "because the doctor is leaving early for the day". After leaving the office in dismay, I got the courage to go back to say I wanted to make a formal complaint. The Supervisor then told me I had been given false information. The doctor was not leaving early but that his appointments were running so late he had to cancel some of them. She then shared "Dr Damien's appointments typically run up to 2 hours late". That statement from the Office Manager?! I kid you not. I finally was given the opportunity to express my grievance directly with the doctor. He agreed with me that the customer service was terrible, that it had been terrible for many months and said he already knew that CVC had a 2-star rating. And that was that. My business is going elsewhere. Off to find a new cardiologist...
