  • I have been watching this company's commercials for quite some time and finally decided to try out their product (I am always looking for quality merchandise, because it is so hard to come by these days). I thought that I would try out Qty. 6 of their Men's Breezeshooter Boxers. Very pricy ($138), but if they were good quality, I would be satisfied. Shipping was very slow, but that was alright as I didn't need them in any hurry. When they arrived, they were of superior quality! I was so happy I was going to order more merchandise from them all the time! Within minutes of my initial order, the email 'deals' came pouring in. Finally, I received an offer that was 20% off my next order AND the usual free shipping. When I clicked the link, sure enough, I got my 20% off, but shipping was now over $18.00! I tried many variations and could only get either free shipping or the 20% off, but not both, even though the coupon clearly stated both. If I chose a link that offered free shipping, but then entered my 20% off promo code, their web site responded "no longer valid". I then contacted customer service multiple times. They just responded with a form email: "your promo code has expired". Then why should they send me this promo code in the first place? I wrote up my review on their web site and gave them 3-stars (way too much). I figured 5-stars for the product, 1 star for their company tactics. That equals 2.5-stars but I gave them 3! The review stayed on their web site for not more than a few hours. They took it down and now the product has 5-stars! This is the type of company that is ruining our country! They saved their selves the $18, but lost a customer for life. I will NEVER buy a Duluth product again!
