  • Some pluses and some minuses. Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean. Super views in some sections of the Strip and airport and mountains. The bed has a soft mattress so that can be a bit uncomfortable for some. I plan to bring my pillow if I return. The pillows were really puffy and hard on the neck since I wasn't able to lie flat. I slept without one for four nights. The bellman with a short arm was cheerful and helpful. He seemed like a hard worker. The security staff at the elevator entrances were friendly and seemed on top of things. The cleaning staff and food delivery staff were professional and seemed happy. The front desk and concierge staff seemed tired and uninterested. I arrived late in the evening midweek and there was no lines built up for check in so that's not the reason. No one answered the concierge phone at 3pm on a Friday after several calls if 15 minutes. The nickel / dime -ing on computer use was an annoyance. 50 cents per minute. Self parking is $15 per day. But if you leave before 12 hours you pay $15 to get out and another fee for overnight. Valet parking is $24 per day and you can go in and out during this 24 hours.
