  • We stayed here a couple nights. Not impressed. First of all, our bed was not clean and had other peoples hairs and crud in it. Gross. The front desk did rectify the situation by having it cleaned, and attempted to compensate us a little, but it was still rather disturbing. The design of the room was all around bad. Poor soundproofing meant I heard everything going on in the halls all night and morning. The bathroom made no sense. There are only two tiny hooks on the door for hanging towels, and no soap dish or any ledges to put your shower items. The breakfast buffet was quite uninspired. I had hoped it would be better since it was in a fancy looking steakhouse. The food was cold and lacked variety. They ran out of forks and napkins at one point to where we had to flag down a server and ask for some. The service was just not good. I only give the hotel 2 stars because they were prompt in addressing the cleanliness issues in our room. Overall it was not a good experience at all.
