  • I got a free buffet ticket for signing up for Total Rewards and earning 50 gambling credits within 24 hours. There are other options to choose from and the Paris buffet was the most high end from the list (Rio, Harrah, Flamingos, etc) so I thought. It's the Monday after Christmas weekend therefore it's considered holiday pricing normally $30 vs $38. The one big mistake I forgot to do is make a reservation, they do it one day in advance. Instead we had to wait 1.5 hours 6pm on a Monday. The hostess was really nice and sat us in a quieter room away from the crowds. However, once you get in, I felt instantly overwhelmed by all the people rushing to get food. There were tons of large families. The restaurant did a good job cranking out food, stocking utensils, clearing tables, grabbing refills. They are certainly making their money, however it just felt very impersonal, rushed, etc. The staff definitely works hard but I felt they were way understaffed. I saw a waiter just give 2 of every drink to keep people occupied. $12 unlimited drink add on is worth it but I passed this time. Now the food, one their website they are known for truffle mac and cheese, prime rib, and crab legs. Those were exactly the highlights of the meal. Everything else was very sub par. I actually like they had lots of vegetarian options but the taste was awful, under seasoned, seems they just boiled them. Not too much meat option they had pre cut rotisserie chicken and lamb leg. The seafood wasn't the best quality, yes there is shrimp and crab legs but they are skimpy. The sushi and soup station was messy and unappetizing. They had a large variety of bread and desserts. The one big plus is a custom crepe stand! After my second plate, I was over navigating around the hoards of people filing up their plates to get their money's worth. Also, for the whole restaurant there is only one stall per gender!
