If I could give micheal kors company a negative star I would... I have been trying to pave an order since November 21, 2016 and here is it December 7, 2016 and obviously this place can't figure it out... they charged my account and I had to sit on hold numerous times for over an hour to get my money back. There was a holiday discount if 25% that I was told I could still use due to the inconvenience of them stopping my order. I was told when I go into the store they could resolve the issue and it just got worse. The manager was not willing to help me and all my notes that were on the account were mysteriously gone.
I wouldn't spend money with this crooked company. The worst service I have ever ever received in my entire life.
