  • Don't even think of trying to call them. We called this morning. Still on hold. I had to drive to the airport 30 miles away to speak to someone. Almost every other ticket counter is empty. There are 200 people on line. I don't think it's because of everyone's love for this airline. Run on such a minimal budget. At SWA they are cheaper than most other airlines AND provide great customer service. Allegiant needs to take some tips from them.
