  • I just moved to Vegas with my 17 year old daughter that is 2 months short of her 18th birthday. Called around to doctors offices on Tuesday to find a specialist in gastroenterology and spoke with Yesenia at his office. She said because he treats 18 and older she wouldn't qualify to see him until 18, BUT because she is turning 18 soon, he could. Spent the next 3 days making multiple calls back and forth from old doctor to Dr. Haikals office to confirm they have received her medical records. Called Dr. Haikals office yesterday and no one knew who Yesenia was. Then was transferred to someone else who said they haven't received them. Called old doctors office again (its now Thursday) and they send they send them the day before. Called today and talked to Yesenia and she mentioned they have received him, but because of the drs strict policy, he cannot treat her for another 2 months. MEANwhile she is having major flare ups right now and needs to be seen. Poor customer service! Thank you for wasting my time for the last 3 days while my daughter needs to be seen and treated. Next time tell me on day 1. I am sure if this was Dr. Haikals child, it would be unacceptable!
