  • I came to Lotsa on a Friday evening for dinner with one of my friends. I love woodfire pizza, so I was really looking forward to it! When we arrived at 7:00, there was a line. It wasn't overwhelming, so we decided to wait. We waited in line for 20 minutes before reaching the counter, and I ordered a Margherita pizza. My pizza did not come out of the oven until 20 minutes after I had placed my order. After my pizza was pulled out of the oven, it sat on the counter for 5ish minutes. After seeing 2-3 people who came in after me get their pizzas before I got my pizza, I decided to say something. They also didn't have any basil, which is something I wish they would have told me when I ordered a Margherita pizza. By the time I sat down at the table to eat my pizza, it was 7:47. The pizza was really good, but the service was horrible. I don't know if I will return.
