We came here over Thanksgiving weekend and the wait was over 2 hours! Buffets can be a hit or miss depending on when you go. The night we went, it was the best buffet in Vegas ever! We've been to several other buffets like the Wynn, Spice Market, Village seafood, etc... but this was hands down the best the night we went. They had fresh oysters on the half shell, steamed crabs, grilled fish with yummy fresh mango salsa, prime rib and other meats, salads, unlimited alcohol, even their latte was excellent. It wasn't so much the variety they had (they had a good selection) but I was impressed by how every single item I tried tasted great.
