  • AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. I've never left a Yelp review before, but after my awful experience with this dealership and reading some of the other reviews on here describing how bad they are I felt compelled to contribute. These guys are a joke. Not only do they have zero respect for their customers, they will lie directly to your face with a smile on their own. Their service department doesn't have any clue what service means, and their finance guys are typical deceptive salesmen. I made the mistake of actually purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and about a month later I brought my car in for a minor service repair and had to leave it over night. Got it back the next day and nothing had been done to the car at all. They evidently drove it around though as there were about 30 more miles on the car than when I took it in. I also got swindled into purchasing an MPP dent repair plan and 2 weeks after buying the vehicle I actually needed to file a claim, they had not even sent in my paperwork for the plan. It took me 3 days of calling back and forth to get them to send in the paperwork. This dealership seems to think their customers are stupid and has no respect for them at all. I deeply regret buying my car from them and I will never take my car to this dealership again even to be serviced. They are that untrustworthy.
