  • When it came to the food, there were a lot of things they got right but fell short on just a few. Overall this is a Buffet lovers dream! You cannot beat the value for the selection and quality of food and flavors! Best value on the strip. This is not only a feast of feasts with the intense flavors from around the world but it has very attractive aesthetics and a rather unique design from one of the most sought after design firms in the world. It's unlike any other buffet. It's elegantly warm, modern and sophisticated. Designed to make you, the diner, interact with the Chefs who prepare your food in open show kitchens throughout each of the sections. Its incredibly thoughtful and you feel almost at home. Cuisines range from East to West and everything in between. It's got an incredible seafood selection. Freshly made to order just about everything! Street style tacos, Japanese Ramen, Dessert Soufflé, freshly Steamed Crab legs etc. It's no joke. There were a few things that missed the mark. The Paella was missing the lovely char at the bottom of the pan where the rice is crispy. It was more like rice and seafood cooked separately then placed in a cast iron skillet for presentation. If you're going to make fresh noodles for Ramen than at least do the Paella justice and cook it traditionally, all in one pan. The Pho was a little under seasoned. It was spot on for taste profile but lacking salt. Nothing more boring than bland soup. The Pork Ramen stole the show in my opinion. It was perfect. It was incredibly delicious. Perfectly seasoned with all the tender flavors of the pork. Freshly made noodles are cooked to order in front of you. I was a little disappointed that they did not have their long list of made to order Soufflés, instead only serving one tonight. Like a phantom pain, I will miss it. My dreams forever haunted by the Pistachio Soufflé!: ( If I could recommend anything to Chef Green, I would say that just about every item including my Ramen was luke warm or cold by the time I brought it to the table. In that respect, my noodles ended up a little too al dente. Not a big deal. Maybe it's personal preference but I just like my food pipping hot ;-) In the end, it was a lovely experience. One I'll be talking about for awhile.
