rev:text	Took the car in at 7:10 am for oil change and check to see if the can fix the loose side seat cover or I have to change it.. after waiting for two house and not hearing anything I asked the serive rep Holly S... after finding me on system she asked do I have permission to change the part... Really..?? After two hour this is what they come back with when they know the answer way earlier..?? On top of it.. $57.00 for oil change...?? They claim they use syntactic oil which is false... They used Semi synthetic oil and charge you for quality syntactic oil.... They also over charged me on price of the part. Moopar has the part with price of $47.50 and they changed me $75... And the MOST BAZAAR CHARGE THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN FROM AM DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE WAS I GOT CHARGED FOR $22.00 FOR "SHOP FEE"...? WHAT THE HELL IS "SHOP FEE"....?? Also I saw a charge for "Shop Supplies"..WTF..!! THEY WILL FIND ANY MEANS TO CHARGE EXTRA... Worst dealership ever.. Guessing they treat disabled people this way..... Go to Sahara Dodge... Way better and fair prices and better personal service. I made a huge mistake... When I saw the owner on TV commercial I should have expected to have a experience like this... Don't make same mistake I made...any other dealership is better than these guys.
