  • Wait wait wait... I have been to amusement parks all over California and Orlando and even in Philadelphia and I can not express how low this park ranks. Growing up in Toronto, as a teen we used to go to wonderland all the time. As an adult with kids it has been at least 10 years since I've come here. We usually go to Sesame Place in Philadelphia but since our youngest is too young for the long car ride we decided to stay a little closer this year. Mistake. First off, their recommended hotel is at Jane and Finch. While the hotel itself was fine, the area is not. On to the park itself. We took vacation the week before school starts thinking that this would be an ideal time to visit the park. The wait times for the rides can be frustrating but that's par for the course. The food. The food is what makes this park ranking the lowest I've ever seen. The menus are chicken fingers and pizza. Is that so hard to prepare in advance? Waiting half an hour to order food and then almost another half hour to pick up fries and chicken nuggets is simply unacceptable. Clearly the staff is mostly teenagers but it would appear the management is comprised of toddlers. I will not be coming back despite buying a 2018 season pass. Thanks for nothing Canada's Wonderland. You won't see me or my family again.
