  • Every time my upgrade rolls around, I go to this Sprint store first because it's closest to my house. Every time, I'm disappointed and end up going somewhere else (usually the Best Buy across the street) for my phone because this store does not have helpful employees. They are not kind, they'll tell you "This is what we can do. Take it or leave it" and usually what they offer is not doable at all.
