  • The front office staff was nice. However, the nurse or assistant who took my blood pressure and medical history was very rude. I went in for a Dr.'s note. I was seen by the doctor right away, who claimed she would be right back with my note! Then took half an hour to return. I'll take the un excused absence from work next time before coming here again.
