  • Ok I know it's in a resort and prices are higher but today after a long wait in line I was charged for syrup in my iced coffee even though it was suppose to be included. I also asked for some hot water and that was a separate charge of 50 cents. They don't have scanner for your Starbucks app so they take info and it comes off later. I didn't ask for receipt and wasn't offered one so I didn't know I was overcharged. When I realized it later Anita offered to take care of it but again I waited in line when I went down. The drink was ok and later had another we're it seemed bitter. Mine are always iced. Issue may be truly volume. Convention here so very busy. They seem to be overwhelmed they did smile. Side note Porschay was a delight and Anita made the situation right!!!
