  • Just stayed here for a week...first impression: no elevator. Had to lug our heavy bags up the stairs. Not looking good. Slept in...only to find out housekeeping leaves at noon so our room wasn't serviced! Next day, after room was finally cleaned, I noticed they didn't give us any extra toilet paper or kleenex. Really? Was I supposed to use my sleeve?? I went down to ask front desk for toilet paper....and....wait for it....he comes back with paper towels cuz he didn't know where the toilet paper was! Not good. Not good. Not good. We had to go out in search of toilet paper on our vacay! Needless to say, we shortened our stay there and would give it a zero star if we could. Go to Novotel or anywhere else! Don't stay here....but if you do, bring your own toilet paper!
