The ceiling is awesome and the seating is cool.. Probably the best parts of this place. It's small; right off of the lobby of the Downtown Grand.
Most of the seats were taken but I saw one at the bar that I thought I would take while waiting for my friend. The server (cocktail waitress?) was talking with the bartender and completely blocking it.. Saw me standing there & didn't move or say anything. She didn't say anything to me at all when I was there, actually. Seemed much more interested in the male customers.
Anyway, I sat down when she walked away and the bartender finally acknowledged me, saying "what did you need?" So yeah, not a great first impression at all. Seeing as I wasn't trying to go find a different bar, I stayed. I chose a cocktail from their menu with tea in it and it was gross. After that, I just ordered beer. The bartender gave better customer service once my friend arrived which is odd but whatever.
I give this place 2 stars because of the decor and because their prices aren't bad, especially during happy hour.
