  • WORST company I have had to deal with in a long time. Owner, Ron Madruga is pompous and petty. He hung up on me when I requested further information regarding the services provided on my units. It is almost July in Las Vegas (100 degree weather) and We (family of 4, with a newborn baby) has been without Air conditioning since June 11th. Unacceptable. Monique in the office has a disgusting attitude and provided absolutely no customer service. Nicole in the office is no help either. Supervisor Jessica Cratty laughed out loud at my request for an additional appointment. Any company is better than this one!
