  • Friendly and professional but... I can not recommend this company because of their prices. I understand the convince of having parts on hand and quick dispatch of techs but paying nearly $200 for 15 min of troubleshooting an electrical switch seems outrageous. I was never informed of the cost until the job was done. I would never have gone forward otherwise. I would have expected a min trip charge of maybe $50 or $60 but this was beyond overpriced. I could understand if he spent an hour or so and had a difficult job but not for a simple fix. Sorry guys but I'll be going small & local.
