  • Used to love this place... now its awful. They change management like it's going out of style and change employees even faster. I've been coming here off and on since it opened and its just going down. The owner is always creeping around the restaurant flirting with all the female guest, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Who wants a wondering eye on them when their eating? I don't!! He needs to leave me and my friends alone! Also their food has gotten even WORST! its extremely greasy and bland. They need to shut this place down cause it's a bust. Don't waste your money on this place. Go to FIREFLY down the street. Better service, better food and better atmosphere! Toro doesn't have any decent specials and way over priced for the quality.
