  • I had an appointment with Dr Kramer but after the rude and unprofessional receptionist yelled at me across the room about blanks I had left on the paperwork there were words and they listed me as dismissed. I tried to talk to the office manager but she was not interested is what I had to say. Their actions were over the top and an I am now banned from using any whasn facility. Since WHASN is the only available service that my HMO uses I will be leaving Health Care Partners and will have other choices for OBGYN
