  • This company was recommended by our Home Warranty company. A time was set up to come fix our A/C between the hours of 8-12. They contacted us at 11:52 and said they were on their way from a distance that would have been an hour drive to reach our home. Obviously they didn't honor the time frame, and we were unable to stay around any longer. We cancelled this company and called our home warranty to schedule a different company for A/C service. We were told by our warranty company that Crispy Air said they set a time of 11-3. They lied 100%!!! We have not only have a recorded conversation with this company stating the 8-12 time frame, but we also have a text from the guy confirming the 8-12! I just wanted to put this info out there in case anyone is looking for a reliable and honest company. Crispy Air is NOT! Based on the other bad reviews- you might want to think twice about using them!
