  • Rude personnel, enjoyed walking in to an empty salon so got helped quickly. I asked the gal to trim a nail down she replied "yea whatever," very poor customer service skills, cell phone and Facebook was more important than helping customers. The phone rang and a lady was explaining the hours and clearly made fun of the caller, will never go back.....don't these girls know they are competing with many other nearby salons?
