  • Very unhappy customers!! I took my baby Abbey for a haircut and nail grinding. I told them ahead of time that she doesn't like getting her hair cut. I'm sure she's not the first difficult dog. I also told them I didn't want the top of her head cut too short. What I got was a freaked out and uneven dog. The body hair was as short as I wanted it, but uneven all over. No doubt because Abbey is difficult, but never before has this happened. Also, the top off her head was WAY too short and uneven at that. My poor Abbey was acting so strange for the past 4 days since her haircut. I have really been worried about her. The groomer recommended that I drug her next time, and I am not sure if they did that without my consent, or if they were too aggressive and it has kept her freaked out. But her personality really hasn't been the same. we will definitely NOT be coming back here.
