  • I was searching on yelp for a place to eat dinner with the fam on a Friday night and stumbled across Origination Noodle on yelp. The pictures were definitely a drawing point so we headed on over. We arrived around 6:00pm and there were only a few tables occupied so we were quickly seated. The restaurant itself had a very vibrant feel to it. There were television screens advertising their menus and even had a blogTO video reviewing their dishes. The menu itself came on a huge wooden-like board where you are also able to choose a custom bowl of Noodles with sides and a drink of your choice. We ordered a variety of sides with a bowl of custom noodles per person. Some of my favourite include the cucumber with peanuts, chicken nuggets, and the chicken strip dish. I also got the chicken broth as a soup for my main bowl but it wasn't too flavourful. To help with that, they have a little cart full of condiments and add-ons, some of which include peanuts, parsley, cucumbers, sesame, garlic. Overall, our bellies were full and with 5 bowls of Noodles and about 7 side dishes, it came out to around 80$. Not bad at all! The staff even came around to ask us if we wanted extra Noodles free of charge. If I had more room in my stomach, I would have taken them up on that offer. Overall, this may be a new go-to for me! I had a great experience here and will definitely be back!
