Absolutely horrible customer service. I booked an appt for 4 pedicures a week in advance for 10am (when they open) for my birthday. I specifically requested when booking the appointment that all 4 must be next to each other as that is the reason for booking an apt ahead of time.. When I arrived at 10am, the salon was already near full. Not sure how considering they open at "10am". So as we are picking out colors, they sit two walk ins who came in AFTER us in the only space left available with 4 spaces next to each other and then tell us we will have to sit all split up. I told them that wasn't the reason I made an appointment to sit alone on my birthday and there excuse was that it is "first come, first serve" so basically if you book an appointment your wasting your time. There were three hostesses working and not one of them could think ahead enough to make sure they had space for their appointments before their walk ins. They said we would wait about 40 minutes but there would still be no guarantee we would sit together. It's a shame they lacked such basic customer service and courtesy skills because I had high hopes for this salon. It was an extreme disappointment and a horrible start to my birthday. Congratulations on losing out on four new customers! Management should figure out their priorities and understand that customer volume is not as important as customer satisfaction, it's your customers that keep you in business so maybe you should try to keep them...
Since I didn't get to review the pedicure, only the customer service, I can say that while the salon looked nice and "pretty" there was no music. Do you know how awkward it is to be in a room with 30 people in dead silence??
