  • I have to say that I have only ever had positive experiences at this location. Chris- my service advisor - has always been very helpful and accomodating. The shuttle driver is great and it is also convenient that they have rental car on site should you need it. I will say that I've never waited for my car to be serviced, I've always dropped in the morning and picked up in the evening so that may explain why my experience is so different. But if you want to raise the bar on service, I would suggest you run the cars through a wash- service and repairs can be pricey so it would be a nice token of appreciation for our our patronage.
