rev:text	Chris w/ Focus Plumbing came out this morning to help diagnose an issue of a tapping noise in my master bathroom. He was not only patient with digging deep into the issue also with my 5 year old daughter that really wanted to help (she was the flashlight holder). Chris was not afraid to reach out to his supervisor with audio and video to help figure out the best way to handle the issue. I appreciate his diligence and patience very much.
