  • Worst service ever. Lady charged me $8 for a small iced coffee. And then when I complained she said there's nothing she can do. I understand strip prices but this is absurd they should really train their staff better. Both locations in the Venetian are horrible. Stuff is sitting behind the counter laughing and making inappropriate jokes with other. I saw one girl take the trash out and not even wash her hands. I don't know what kind of business they're running but this makes the Venetian look horrible.
