  • If I able to give this Hospital a lower score it would be in the negative. This service is unbelievably terrible. We tell them there is a bulge on Sammie's gum and to check it out. We show them whats wrong and McDermott says he would take care of it and call me before the do anything. Well I never received a call from him and the never mentioned anything at when picking her up. We had to ask and when we did the doctor had left. He was supposed to give us a follow up call and that never happened either. On top of that it took 3 additional doctors to tell us three different story. The only thing they all said was that not to worry and it will disappear in a week. Well its past that and when we go back so they can "take care of it" at no charge all they do is get another doctor to say it need surgery and somebody should have told us then referred us to another doctor. I told her no one said anything and she basically called me a lire and said it was in the file. This place has been bad new and they all should be put in jail for bad practice. Oh and another thing when i went back some how a baby cat was wondering out side the facility and when brought to their attention all they said was" how did that get out" that's really sad and don't recommended this place to anyone unless you want to pay people to do their job incorrectly
