  • The key to good Mediterian starts with fluffy rice. From there the ability to bring out the many flovors in each item so you are made happy to be lucky enough to have chosen the resturant =smile. Today we wore big smiles at the Phoenicia. Starting with a hearty welcome and ending with a drive-by of their desert area. We were too full for desert. A great experience.
