  • It appears that the owner of the salon reads the yelp reviews of her salon, so I hope she might be be able to address the issues I experienced when I visited her salon last week. I was looking for a hair salon for my mom and I and read the positive reviews for this salon so we decided to give it a try. When we entered there were two girls, one was very polite and the other had a huge attitude problem. Miss Attitude proceeded to inform us that we had to do a consultation with one of the hairstylists, which I thought was a great idea, however here is where Miss Attitude went into full bitch mode, she said and I quote "after the consultation, if the stylist wants to do your hair, you can book an appointment, but if the stylist decides she doesn't want to do your hair we can't book an appointment. I do not understand the snarky and above you mentality, I mean this place is in a strip mall. We decided to make appointments at the Gianne Christine Salon at the district, which was a completely different experience.
