  • I moved to Charlotte and The Village at Commonwealth in September 2016. overall I have been incredibly impressed with the facilities and the staff onsite. I love my apartment. All the finishes are modern and they went the extra mile to make the apartments unique and a step above the normal cookie cutter. Being someone who travels a lot I love that security is important to the Team here. I never feel like I have to worry about what's happening while I'm away, packages can be delivered and I don't have to worry about them being lost or stolen. The leasing and maintenance staff are all professional, friendly and willing to take extra steps to make sure you have a great experience. They are also very quick to respond to any concerns you may have, even if they are silly! The location is perfect for me to be able to explore Charlotte and never feel like I'm too far away from anything. My experience has been wonderful and I recommend to anyone looking for a home in Charlotte. I can't even think about anything that needs to be improved upon.
